Happy 5th Birthday Braylon!!!

"I will make you fishers of men if you follow me"

This is the song that we sang at Braylon's baptism this weekend. He choose this song along with
"Mighty to Save." For about a year now Braylon has been asking us to get baptised because as he says " I want to follow Jesus." Mike baptised him in the Mississippi River on Saturday and it was very special. I am so thankful for the work of God in his life already; it is truelya gift that this young boy has been eager to learn God's Word and His ways from such an early age.

Colorado vacation

Mike's family gets together every three years for a big ol' family reunion. This year it was in Colorado. I think it is safe to say Bray and William had the time of their lives. (Silas may have too, but it is harder to tell with him.) We also had the time of our lives thanks to lots of great family time, some beautiful hiking and an overall unplugging from our everyday life and routine. I miss those mountains! They remind me of how small I am and how BIG God is. I was humbled by His majesty.
